Sunday 6th April 2008 NEC Birmingham: Ivan's Traditional Pork Sausages were awarded a Gold Certificate. In addition to a Silver Award for his Pork Sausages with Cider & Mustard. Sausages made by butchers from all over the country all competed for the Premier Products Competitions from the National Federation of Meat and Food Traders and supported by BPEX and the National Association of Master Bakers.
